EVENT SUBMISSION DEADLINE
Events will be accepted and published through September 1st. The sooner you submit your event the more promotion it will receive.
​TO HOST AN EVENT:

Submit your event via the form above to be promoted on the Great Outdoor Weekend website, social media and email announcements.

All events must be FREE and open to the public.

All host organizations must be Green Umbrella members (starts at $50/year). Not a member yet? Learn more and apply at https://greenumbrella.org/Group-membership
EVENT HOSTS AGREE TO:

Promote involvement in Great Outdoor Weekend with a promotional tool kit, posters, & yard signs (provided by Green Umbrella)

Take photos during the event & provide to Green Umbrella for use on the Great Outdoor Weekend website, social media & other promotional materials.

Encourage participants to take the Great Outdoor Weekend attendee survey.

Fill out a post-event host survey,

Return yard signs to Green Umbrella.
